Schizophrenia extends the fingers of its cold grip around more than one family member – and so I’d also like you to meet my nephew, Patrick. He is a living testament to the tough-skin forged by wandering through the fog of mental illness.

Having recently been released from prison, Patrick must come to terms with day-to-day life. His time in the streets call him to a hip hop career, but there is much more to overcome than lyrics, music business, talent, or a fan base – nothing short of food, shelter, and the many comforts we all take for granted.
